1.2 Bookings made within 14 days of arrival require payment in full.
1.3 We accept Visa/MasterCard, AmEx, PayPal, and ACH transfer. Your reservation is confirmed only when the full amount due is received.
3.1 Check‑in: 3 PM or later, self‑check via smart lock (code emailed 48 h prior).
3.2 Check‑out: 11 AM. Unauthorized late departure will incur a half‑day charge.
3.3 Early check‑in / late check‑out may be arranged in advance when possible (fees apply).
4.1 Maximum overnight occupancy: 6 guests (infants & children included).
4.2 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. Amplified music outdoors is prohibited at all times.
